Tube of choice

You must have a license to use his art work
and you can get that HERE.
PSPX (any version will work)
Knowledge of PSP is assumed.
Scrap kit used is Black-n-White Collection/Purple by Rieneke Designs

Candy Eye 4000 (Gradient Glow)(Jiggle)

♥~ LETS BEGIN ~♥
Open New image 850x600
I like to start big so I can see good..lol
Fill your layer with white.
Open frame 4, resize a bit and paste as a new layer
Using the Symmetric Shape Tool, use the star shape
Foreground color none, background #000000
Draw out a star, look at mine if needed.
Convert to Raster, move layer under frame, duplicate layer, place at other end of frame
Again refer to mine if needed
Close off all layers except the 2 stars, make 1 layer active and go to
Layers - merge - merge visible
Now they should be together on 1 layer, make other layers visible now.
Open beads 1, paste as new layer and resize as needed move this layer down behind the
Stars layer
Open sqirl2 paste as new layer, move layer to under the bead layer,resize as needed,add drop
Shadow
Open stars1 place these are new layer but on top of the black stars.Place at the top of the
Frame
Then duplicate this layer,Image- Flip... Might have to move a little to how you want it.
Add drop shadow to both layers.
Now click on your frame layer to make it active
Using your magic wand, and holding down the shift key at the same time
Click inside each frame box, selections - expand by 2 (see marching ants now inside both)
New layer, open paper 11, minimize now,using your flood fill tool, click on your foreground
Color
Click on patterns, from the drop down menu find your paper and click on it, resize to 50%
Click ok,now fill inside your marching ants on the new layer.
Selections- none
Now move that layer under the frame layer.
Now using the image/images for inside the frame, paste as new layer under the frame layer
Place as you wish you might need to resize
Now go to frame layer,click inside 1 of the frame layers with the magic wand
Selections-invert
Now go to that image layer to make it active and hit delete.
Repeat this for the other side of the frame and image.
Make one if the layers active that has the image for the frame in it
Go to Effects-Plugins-PhotoEffex-Scan lines ( or you can skip if you don't have this or use
Another filter)
Use the following settings
Repeat the steps above for the other image.
Open image Bow5, Image-Rotate left
Resize about 40% or more, make frame layer active, paste as new layer
Please on both outer edges of the frame ( look at mine if need to)
Apply drop shadow of choice
Now go to the top layer, paste your main tube as a new layer
Might need to resize, position into the best spot
Add drop shadow settings below
Now make the black star layer active. ( the one you drew)
Duplicate his layer 2 times for a total of 3 layers.
You can rename them if it will be easier for you to keep up with( star1,2,3)
Now make layer star1 active, go to effects-plugins-candy eye 4000-jiggle
Use these settings below
Repeat the steps above for the other 2 star layers, BUT hit the random speed button 1
Time
With each layer. ( 2&3)
Now make start layer 1 active again
Effects-plugins-candy eye 4000-gradient glow using the following settings
Repeat this step for the other 2 star layers.
Ok now to add the words BAD-ASS
Make the top tube layer active
Foreground color #000000 and the background color #92529c stroke width 2
Font Shark Random Funnyness ( not sure about size, just play)
Now I moved my layer behind the tube layer so it is behind her head a bit ( your choice)
Now lets add some noise
Duplicate this layer so you have a total of 3 layers
Make word layer 1 active
Effects-plugins-dsb flux-bright noise apply settings below
Repeat this step for the other 2 layers, just change the intensity by 5 each time (35 & 40)
Now add a new layer move above the BAD-ASS word layers and type the word Rocker, No
foreground color, background #000000
Font is Monika Italic
Look at mine for placement or choose a new place
Now time to add your name...
New layer on top of the very top layer ( tube layer)
No foreground color, background #000000
Font is Monika Italic
I added a small glow around my name using Candy Eye 4000-Granient Glow (optional)
Be sure to add proper (c) info on your tube layer.
If you want to crop or sesize now is the time to do it.
NOW LETS ANIMATE
Open Animation Shop
Back in PSP.....
Ok close off 2 of your BAD-ASS word layers, and close off 2 of your Big Star layers
Now Layers-merge-visible, Copy and go to AS
Now paste as new Image in AS.
Go back to psp
Click the "undo" button to un-merge
Paste after current frame
Now repeat the above for the last 2 closed layers.
When all done and in AS with the 3 frames... select all, frame properties 15 ( all 3 frames should change)
Hit view animation... and save your work!
