♥~ SUPPLIES NEEDED ~♥
Tube of choice
I am using the awesome art work of
Keith Garvey
You must have a license to use his art work
and you can get that HERE.
PSPX (any version will work)
Knowledge of PSP is assumed.
Scrap kit used is Teenage Dirtbag2 by Grunge & Glitter

♥~ LETS BEGIN ~♥
Open New image 650x650
I like to start big so I can see good..lol
Open new canvas 650x650
Open halftone and paste as a new layer.
Paste your tube in the middle, however you wish.
Open the round frame2, paste as a new layer, resize as needed,
move under the tube layer.
(Refer to mine for position)
Now duplicate the frame layer, and move it above the tube layer.
Here is the trick, using your eraser tool,
erase part of the top frame so it looks
like her leg is on the outside of the frame and the part covering her head.
add a drop shadow to both layers.
Now make the very bottom layer active.
Open splat 2 and paste as a new nayer, position as you wish,
repeat this step again,
so you have splats on both sides of your tube showing from behind.
Open crown charm, and past as a new layer under the frame layers,
will need to resize as
needed,
turn and position as you wish ( look at mine if need to)
add drop shadow of choice.
Open foilshape2 and paste as a new layer under the crown layer,
you will need to resize this.
add drop shadow of choice.
Open tag2 and resize as needed and paste as a new layer under the foilstar.
add drop shadow of choice.
Open glitter star2, resize and paste on top of the frame layers,
and position on top of the
star tag.
add drop shadow of choice.
Open skulls1 and 2, these you will need to resize really small,
use both or just 1, paste on
top of the glitter layer as a new layer,
position as you wish, but repeat this step 3 more
times
( refer to mine)
Now open string2, you will need to resize and rotate it,
paste as a new layer on top of the
frame layers.
add drop shadow of choice.
Open star 1 and 2, resize to what you want,
paste the black star as a new layer on top of the
string layer,
and do the same for the pink star.
add drop shadow of choice.
Open flair1, resize as needed and paste as a new layer on top.
add drop shadow of choice.
Open guitar1 and resize as needed,
paste as a new layer under tube layer and position,
you
may need to erase a little bit of that top frame if it is covering t he guitar.
add drop shadow of choice.
Open ribbon1 and paste as a new layer under the tube layer,
you might need to resize,
after
you have it set where you want it,
dupliacte this layer and move one of the layers on the top
of the top frame layer.
Here you will need to erase some of the ribbon that goes across her
face.
add drop shadow of choice.
Now for the words,
I used Impact font size 120, stroke width 3...
write what you want here or use mine.
I added a bit of noise to my words,
this is optional..
if you have dbs flux- noise set to 20.
add drop shadow of choice.
Now move your words so they are under your tube layer.
Add proper (C) credit for your tube.
Be sure to have a license for the tube you use.
Thats it!!...
Now you can merge all layers visable,
and resize to whatever you like.
Save as png. and thats it!
